i can't say i don't love their clothes. that would be a total lie. but the fact that hco charges $30 or more for one hoodie, and abercromie&fitch charge another $30-50 for almost the SAME one is SO STUPID. i love those high end stores and all, but beween paying a bunch of money to have my clothes rip like a month or two later is just not worth it. thumbs down.

I don't see how a simple pair of hoop earrings from ae can cost 16 dollars! Their simple necklaces also cost 20 dollars! I can just go to forever 21 and buy 4 necklaces for the price of 1 ae necklace. Also the scarves from a&f and hollister. Why pay 80 dollars for a scarf when you can just get one for 5-10 dollars? It's ridiculous how they price these items!

I used to like all those stores up until the end of last school year...It's true. I recently bought a tank from Aeropostale and the button fell apart already. But, somehow I found a really cute dress there that has yet to fall apart(:

I love stores like Forever21 now (it's actually my fave), because of the unique styles it has. Plus, it's cheaper than those other stores that are all the same.

I AM PICKING UP WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING DOWN deliriousdana

not only is it very similar, it also tends to fall apart as soon as you get it home. when you pay so much for a shirt (that you need to buy an XL in because your boobs dont fit in anything elseeee - HELL-O) you expect that shirt to have some quality - but zippo...pilly and damaged shirts are never chic

plus, im over the pastels with "SO TOTALLY CALI" shit all over them.

Is it just me or do American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, and Aeropostale all sell the same things? I find everything in these stores so generic and plain, and besides that--they all seem to have ridiculously similar merchandise. Sure, if you scrounge around you can find a cute dress or an attractive top, but most likely a million other people will be wearing the same thing. There just isn't anything distinct in these stores that I find fashion forward. Light wash flare, jeans, tons of plaid, and overpriced basics are what bombard me whenever I go seeking the racks of these stores. I hate to be so critical, but I just don't see the need for one mall to house all of these stores when, in my opinion, they all sell the same things. Very generic, very preppy, and not to my liking at all.
