They run a little small, more like a whole size small. Although I usually wear a womens' 12 and I needed a 13 (which they don't carry), I didn't mind the discomfort. But don't expect to last very long in them if you get your exact size. The break-in, which I thought would lessen pain, ultimately didn't really kick in, even after wearing them around the house and whatnot. That all said, the design is pretty nice and interesting. It has a 5 3/4-inch heel, 1-2 inch or so platform. There's a pretty big instep, which I believe is the main appeal to potential buyers. Another main one is that some styles or models come with extra opening; meaning that the toe box is "cut" in a way that it shows off your "luscious" toe cleavage, which, to be honest, caught me off-guard during the initial try-on (which may explain the name in the title, "Teeze"). But after that, I stuck it though and kept the shoes.

Overall, the shoe is definitely worth it, if you're a huge shoe person like myself ;D Just be sure to get a size up from your usual size. They're very comfy, the instep adds to the appeal, and with the style I had, showing a little extra around the feet isn't necessarily a bad thing ;P
