CarolPerez 's Thoughts:

Hello Loves!
First, I hope you all enjoyed your holiday celebrations. Since it is a new year I decided that my first post be a little out of my comfort zone, and indeed it was. I felt like a fair princess frolicking in my forest. With that being said, at any point of the year it is easy to fall into a rut, and constantly want to wear that white button down with your favorite jeans. ( we all have our go-to look). Now, don't get me wrong, I will always LOVE wearing basics, but I will attempt to throw in some other style tips that easily elevate your look. In this case it was mixing bold prints. The black and white flowers of the dress, and the multi colored booties make for a very chic effortless vibe, not to mention that this look can be worn year round. For those of you that live in colder weather you can throw on some stockings, a fur coat or a leather jacket ( your choice ). For us Miamians that arent feeling as adventurous as I was throw on a pair of plain booties, or even some flats to make the look more casual, the dress can even go for a more formal feel with a pair of pumps. Of course, we can all do without the crown, but hey! I just wanted to start the year off with a bang! Hope you all enjoy!
<3 Carol
